In Psoul, an MMORPG based on the Pokémon franchise, each player can buy and own a House. For this, the player must have a VIP Account, enough money in his bag and be in front of the door of the house he wants to buy. With all this done, just click on the door and then click on buy, from that moment on, the house will belong to the player. It is worth remembering that only houses with “Nobody Owns this House” can be purchased by the game system.

Each month a rent equivalent to 1/3 of the price paid in the house, for this the player must keep this amount of money in the bank present in the trade center. In addition, it is also necessary to remain a vip to maintain the house.

When getting a house, the player can decorate it the way he wants, using items sold by the furniture Npcs , decorative items acquired in the game, Pokémon loots, among other things. The player can also buy a locker from the VIP Store in-game and use it as a depot inside the house. You can also use a ball pillar to let your favorite Pokemon walk around inside the house.

In addition, the player can use the bed present in the house to sleep and recover stamina faster (by clicking on the bed, the player will go to sleep and thus log out of the game) (all houses have at least one bed). The player can also plant berries in their house using seeds on the land inside the house, but don't forget to water them.

If the player loses the house, the items present inside it are sent to the player's depot.

Guild Houses are a separate category from houses, and can only be purchased by guild leaders, they are much larger than normal houses and they already have a depot and a dueling arena.
